I will be honest - I was nervous about joining Varsha's Industry Focused AI workshop as someone with non-tech background. But I am glad I did. Varsha's Gen AI and Agentic AI workshop for our Engineering students at CMRIT was industry-focused and extremely useful. Our students have worked on Python projects and ML, but they really needed to understand Gen AI platforms and get hands-on experience with AI agents. Instead of focusing on fancy tools, she concentrated on Gen AI platforms that students can actually use for their research and projects.
